Corral Modern Rebuild "Back From The Ashes"
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and sitting on 5 breathtaking El Nido acres, this home narrowly survived the Malibu 2007 Corral Canyon wildfire. After some serious Kaneroy & Associates construction love, it is now back and better than ever.
We completed extensive post fire construction renovations in the master suite, living room and kitchen, also replacing all of the custom wood sliding doors & windows. Then we added a bath and great room and installed new cherry hardwood floors throughout the residence. To top it off, we refinished the exterior with a custom color smooth trowel stucco, making this home pristine.
The homeowner, a prominent film industry technician, and the principle designer of this post-fire renovation project, was out of town during construction. But thanks to technology and constant communication, he was ecstatic with his creation, especially when he was able to move his family back in immediately upon his return.
